Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented linguist to support the development of large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP)-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate high-quality linguistic data for LLMs and NLP-based systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality in linguistic datasets.
  • Perform quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
  • Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels, facilitating machine learning algorithms.
  • Support internal teams by conducting linguistic research, summarizing findings, and providing insights to inform product development.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure, with expertise in syntax, semantics, pragmatics, morphology, phonology, and sociolinguistics.
  • Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Linguistics or Hindi, with a strong academic background and research experience.
