Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth in the out-of-home advertising industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a highly dynamic setting, with organisational, communication, and hustle skills that are second to none.

As a Senior Manager-OOH Media Planner, you will work closely with the Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at our company.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline, developing OOH Campaign plans that help clients achieve their objectives, and collaborating with clients, sales, and account team members to understand the client's business objectives and OOH advertising strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand the client's business objectives and OOH advertising strategy
  2. Develop OOH Campaign plans that help the client achieve their objectives
  3. Be an expert user of OneScreen.ai planning product and interact with the Product & Engineering team to give product improvement feedback and new feature requests
  4. Work on several campaigns simultaneously, often for several different clients
  5. Effectively communicate with the creative agency team, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns
  6. Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
  7. Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources
  8. Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits
  9. Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients on time
  10. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliers

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work and prioritise tasks and deliverables under deadline pressure from multiple sources (internal and external)
  2. 4-7 years (for Senior Manager) experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals (education, CPG, healthcare, etc.)
  3. Broad knowledge of online and offline media channels
  4. Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
  5. Critical thinking for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materials
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  7. Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Telmar, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  8. Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information
  9. Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
  10. Should be able to work EST hours
