Agile Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our application development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver application development projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure project momentum.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and best practices.
  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Serve as the point of contact for external communications, including customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder project progress.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables at the end of each sprint.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a solid background in IT.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing application development projects.
  • Experience in Scrum Master role with expertise in Agile software development.
  • Familiarity with Jira (Atlassian) and other Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done and user stories.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is required.
