We are seeking a highly skilled PhD in Biology professional to join our team as a Large Language Model (LLM) Trainer.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess expertise in Indian culture and biology, with a strong ability to work on large language models or AI tools.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with digital and streaming content, identifying issues that could easily be resolved. They will also have a broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics.

  • Responsibilities include working on LLM projects, providing feedback, and adhering to project conventions and rules.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 4-5 hours of work per day, as data volumes allow.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in English and another native Indian language.
  • Must be located in India for at least 5 years.
  • Strong communication skills, able to provide feedback in English if required.
  • Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics.
