Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and passionate Pharma Trainers with a strong academic and professional background in pharmaceutical sciences. Ideal candidates have hands-on industry experience and have worked under experienced professors, researchers, or senior educators. The role involves training medical representatives, pharmacists, students, or internal teams on pharmaceutical products, therapies, regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on pharmaceutical subjects, product knowledge, therapeutic areas, and clinical practices.
• Content Development: Create, review, and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules in alignment with scientific accuracy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with medical, marketing, R&D, and academic teams to ensure training content reflects the latest industry developments.
• Support Field Force: Train medical representatives and sales teams to effectively communicate product value, clinical data, and compliance protocols.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and identify further training needs.
• Compliance Training: Educate teams on pharma compliance (GMP, GCP, pharmacovigilance, etc.) and ethical sales practices.
• Mentorship: Provide academic-style mentoring and one-on-one coaching to trainees, using your own experience working under teachers and professors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
• Experience working under academic mentors, professors, or researchers in a teaching, research, or assistantship capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical and scientific concepts.
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, product life cycle, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a pharma trainer, product manager, or medical science liaison (MSL).
• Exposure to adult learning principles, instructional design, or e-learning platforms.
• Certifications in training, instructional design, or clinical research (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, GCP Certification).
