Your RoleKey Responsibilities

As a consultant for our clients, you will advise, train, and assist them on the effective use of psychometrics and HR tools within organizational processes.

You will handle client requests and queries, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality results.

You will generate reports and analyses using custom language models, providing actionable insights and recommendations to our clients.

Collaboration and Communication

You will collaborate with our marketing and communication department to create engaging content, including articles, webinars, podcasts, and e-learning modules.

You will work closely with our research and development team to contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of our psychometric assessments and HR tools.

You will leverage your creativity and expertise to drive engagement and conversion through innovative marketing materials.

RequirementsQualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology
  • At least 2 years of work experience in HR consulting, preferably in the psychometrics sector or a related field
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms is a bonus
  • Knowledge of assessments and talent development
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Confidence and charisma – essential for presenting video content, conducting webinars, presentations, etc.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in other languages is a bonus
