Radar Signal Processing Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing advanced signal processing algorithms for radar systems.

  • Design, develop, integrate and test radar systems for defense, aerospace and communication areas.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to enhance the performance and capabilities of radar systems.
  • Develop and implement algorithms and perform analysis of complex systems involving signal processing as needed in radar systems.
  • Have a good understanding of communication type architectures, waveforms and ability to perform simulations using MATLAB/SIMULINK tools required for receivers and transmitters.
  • Optimize existing algorithms for performance improvements and analyze radar data to validate algorithm performance.
  • Use simulation tools to model and predict radar system behavior.
  • Integrate signal processing algorithms into radar systems and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct tests and evaluations of radar systems to assess performance and troubleshoot issues related to signal processing.
  • Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, test plans and user manuals, and present findings and updates to stakeholders.
