Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to clients through various channels. You will provide expertise in insurance solutions, assist clients in choosing appropriate insurance policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with existing RMs across Nuvama Wealth on driving the insurance business, products, and strategies.
  • Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through relationship managers mapped to you.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the LOB overall targets with self and team.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
  1. Minimum 5 years 'experience in life insurance sector.
  2. Fresher to be considered only from Insurance institutes.
