Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will drive efficiency, consistency, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Job Description

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and institutionalizing Leader Standard Work (LSW) frameworks, driving process improvement and efficiency gains. They will develop and manage Yearly Goal Trees, aligning with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The incumbent will lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and follow-through of action items. Additionally, they will create Executive Presentations and Dashboards for senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.

The Business Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and KPIs. They will also manage internal communications, including Townhalls, Leadership Messages, and updates. Furthermore, they will identify and implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities in business processes and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management. They will require an MBA from a reputable institution with a specialization in Operations, Strategy, or General Management. Familiarity with tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions is an asset.
