We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with deep Python expertise and experience in building and scaling infrastructure in production.

The successful candidate will have strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP), familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker, and a proven track record of driving projects from design to deployment in a startup environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to influence architecture and direction, and take high ownership of your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable backend services and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the founding team to drive technical decisions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage systems on AWS or GCP
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep Python expertise
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP) and familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker
  • Proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production
  • Prior startup experience or evidence of end-to-end ownership
