Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead to join our team and lead the development of web and mobile applications in the stablecoin space.

This role involves designing, building, and scaling backend systems for payments and settlements. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design, as well as prior experience with fintech or payments.

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems for payments and settlements.
  • Lead technical discussions and define architecture for the stablecoin stack.
  • Build robust infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations.
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.
  • Establish software best practices and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design.
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments (strongly preferred).
  • Track record of integrating external APIs across geographies.
  • Leadership experience in scaling early-stage, ambiguous systems.
  • Startup DNA: takes ownership, ships fast, thrives amid ambiguity.
