As an R2R Intercompany Professional, you will be responsible for managing service delivery that ensures the completion of Intercompany accounting. This involves providing leadership to teams, ensuring adherence to governance processes, and developing and documenting procedures.

Your tasks will include:

  • Performing intercompany accounting, including coordinating with users, posting entries, and performing monthly reconciliations.
  • Managing cash transactions, preparing daily fund statements, and coordinating with BSC AP/AR teams.
  • Handling queries from stakeholders, following up on outstanding invoices, and communicating issues across teams.

You will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of accuracy in deliverables, participating in process improvement initiatives, and adhering to SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum qualification of CA or basic technical education, with 4-5 years of PQE experience in industrial enterprises.
  • Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors, as well as internal core processes and Shared Service Centre understanding.
  • People and project management skills, expertise in SAP S4 Hana and MS-Office, and fluency in writing and speaking English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts.
