We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. This role will involve working on exciting projects that drive digital transformation and help our customers achieve their goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing integrations with Workday using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) to configuring and managing calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations with Workday.
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
