Curriculum Manager Position

The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient delivery of curriculum across a comprehensive program, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.

  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for curriculum rollout, updates, and maintenance to drive business growth.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline curriculum delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality benchmarks and conduct regular audits of curriculum materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with curriculum developers, technical teams, and instructors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Performance Tracking: Track key operational metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
  • Basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
