Job Overview:

  • The primary objective of this role is to develop and manage the construction equipment business for assigned locations, meeting allocated targets.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for business expansion in their assigned segment and location, enhancing market share at designated counters.
  • This position involves sourcing and disbursement of Construction Equipment business, as well as cross-selling various assets and liability products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business growth targets
  • Monitor portfolio quality and performance
  • Manage PDD/Deferral cases and maintain compliance with bank guidelines
  • Engage with dealers, DSAs, top customers, and manufacturers to drive business growth
  • Liaise with Branch Banking to increase internal business sourcing

Desired Candidate Profile:

Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial equipment or construction equipment funding is preferred.
