Job Title: Expense Management Expert

The role involves delivering subject matter expertise on best practices for Workday expense management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support and development for Workday's expense module, encompassing business process configuration, integrations, data transmission, and testing.
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.
  • Lead finance expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams for data gathering, testing, and communication.
  • Perform requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and demonstration of Workday solutions.
  • Develop and enhance custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Manage Workday upgrades and implement new and revised functionality within Workday.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks in Workday.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
  • Ability to customize the Workday Expense and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication with both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
