Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to facilitate the testing of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with manual testing methodologies, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business processes and testing needs.
- Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Implement testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and potential risks.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Strong background in manual testing and creating detailed test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- D365 functional knowledge is highly valued.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
