Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Operations Manager.

  • Lead teams and manage day-to-day operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conflict Resolution: Identifying and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  2. Delegation: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members while maintaining accountability for overall outcomes.
  3. Process Improvement: Analyzing and improving existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Optimizing business processes to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  6. Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinating with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  7. Coaching/Mentoring: Guiding, supporting, and motivating team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  8. Team Engagement: Organizing team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  9. Problem Solving: Breaking down complex problems, identifying potential solutions, and taking action to resolve the issue.
  10. Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpreting data and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  11. Effective Communication: Developing and delivering clear and concise communications to different audiences.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in BPO Operations Team handling, customer service, and people management.
  • Strong people management, verbal communication, listening, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written communication, collaboration, and team building skills.
