US F&A General Ledger Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end US F&A GL month close tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of US F&A GL month close tasks.
  • Prepare and submit Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis reports.
  • Guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with SOPs and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and finalization of group company accounts and consolidated accounts for the organization.
  • Perform monthly consolidation of group companies.
  • Assist in year-end book preparation for audit purposes and liaise with auditors for interim and final audits.
  • Implement suitable internal control systems in the department.
  • Provide regular financial updates to top management on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow analyses as required.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience preferably Big 4.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Work experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, including task prioritization, deadline management, and multitasking. They will also possess good judgment and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively with management and colleagues.
