Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, set up, and execute campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met.
  • Optimization: Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (sales, account management, analytics) to drive campaign success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing management (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
