Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Participate in agile project planning, iteration planning, and daily scrums.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, information technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the P&C insurance industry with a focus on policy administration systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of rating, integrations, and forms.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong software development methodology understanding and ability to design, develop or test technology integration projects.
  • Expertise in Jira tool.
