Job Title: Insurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess risk factors associated with businesses and industries.
  • Customize policies by adding/removing covers, riders, or endorsements to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate underwriting activities with external partners to secure quotes and underwriting decisions.
  • Ensure all required documentation from clients is verified, including Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
  • Stay updated on industry norms, product circulars, and compliance requirements.
  • Clearly communicate underwriting requirements, terms, exclusions, and conditions to clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams on underwriting matters.
  • Address client queries related to risk approvals or policy issuance delays in a timely and professional manner.
