Enterprise WordPress Developer Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress expert to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable and open to working across different content management systems based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end WordPress development projects ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting AWS, Azure, GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
