Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead and oversee the execution of high-end interior and architectural design projects. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining impeccable quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery while upholding the design intent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple luxury interior or architectural projects.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
Quality & Risk Management:
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
  • Ensure contracts, work orders, and approvals are documented and maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
