Finance Specialist - Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to support our client in their supply chain finance operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and technical skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support the transition of SAP S4 Hana for finance and supply chain modules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and issue resolution for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes, including product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting, to optimize financial performance.
  • Perform transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse) to identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
  • Develop dashboards to provide actionable insights on production variance forecasting, supporting new product costing, business case evaluations, and early warnings on costing or BOM issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
  • Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Ability to conduct thorough testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
