Senior Finance and Controlling Specialist

As a senior finance and controlling specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our organization’s financial future. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP FICO modules, particularly in S/4 HANA implementations, to drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and implement functional solution designs for SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on finance, accounting, and controlling processes, as well as their integration with other SAP modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting, preferably with a focus on S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
  • Strong expertise in SDLC processes, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects under your belt, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • A deep understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling processes, as well as their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
