Role Responsibilities
  • Create engaging storyboards that translate raw video footage into accessible and interactive series of videos for students.
  • Develop comprehensive narrative scripts that hold students' attention and enhance their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Storyboarding: Translate narrative scripts into engaging and comprehensive storyboards.
  • Visualization: Use visual mediums to convey ideas and enhance learning by creating visual representations of concepts.
  • Co-ordination with the Production team: Interact with teammates and extended teams to create top-quality products.
  • Learning Management System: Manage content, develop assets, and review closed caption text on the Learning Management System.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years' work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Specialized knowledge: Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, MS Office skills, and especially MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Professional certification: Instructional design and video editing (a plus).

We are seeking an Instructional Designer who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to work in agile methodology, and strong visualization and visual design skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination towards understanding academic content that may be complex or technical in nature.
