Infrastructure and Platform Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Platform Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITOM, CSM, and custom applications while ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Telco Service Management along with CSM and Telecommunication Order management for Service Delivery process.
  • Manage data migration and customer onboarding experience from legacy applications to the ServiceNow SaaS stack.
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management, as well as developing custom-scoped applications tailored to business needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide classes to enhance platform functionality.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow integrations with market-leading tools using REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, and other integration methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide strategic platform guidance.
