Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our complex development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

  1. Closely collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Communicate project status effectively to various stakeholders and facilitate team-wise communication.
  3. Support quality assurance goals for projects and participate in all release management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, trend forecasting, risk identification and mitigation.
  4. Cultivate Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes among project teams.
  5. Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, participating in continuous process enhancement.
  6. Evaluate and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  7. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using suitable tools and techniques.
  8. Measure project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  9. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  10. Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project risks.

Key Requirements

  • Superior client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Demonstrated organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or proven working experience in project management.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
