  • Establish and manage accounting systems, processes and procedures for timely bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.">
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.">
  • Monitor expenses, track budgets and oversee cash flow to ensure efficient business operations.">
  • Liaise with finance teams to support consolidated reporting, audits and cross-border financial coordination.">

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, taxes and provident fund regulations.">
  • Manage tax deductions, Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings and other statutory submissions with relevant authorities.">
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, ensure all statutory registers are up to date.">

The Role Involves:

  • Leading the procurement, review and renewal of essential business insurance policies, including but not limited to Public Liability Insurance, Cybersecurity Insurance.">

  • Establishing and managing banking relationships, ensuring optimal account structures for operational efficiency.">
  • Ensuring compatibility with accounting platforms such as Xero, including potential use of direct bank feeds.">
  • Supporting the setup of digital payment systems and vendor management tools.">

The Position Requires Strong Leadership Skills To:

  • Develop and maintain internal administrative policies and workflows.">
  • Oversee documentation of employee records, contracts, lease agreements and regulatory filings.">
  • Support onboarding and coordination with external consultants.">

  • On-time monthly payroll, tax filings and PF/ESIC submissions.">
  • Valid and current insurance policies covering public liability and cyber risks.">

  • Compliance with all relevant Indian regulatory obligations.">
  • Clear documentation of vendor contracts, licenses and expenditures.">
