Business Intelligence Analyst

At the heart of our organization, we are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth and success by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/Quicksight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder requirements and map them with relevant data sources/data warehouses.
  • Own the delivery and backup of periodic metrics, dashboards to leadership teams.
  • Identify key performance indicators, draw inferences and conclusions from analyzed data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience defining business requirements and utilizing data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and Tableau is a plus.
