We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Growth Associate.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission-driven organization by playing a crucial part in identifying and assessing potential students interested in studying abroad.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating inbound leads from various sources and determining eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.
• Engaging with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
• Identifying high-intent leads and categorizing them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to counseling or sales teams.
• Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
• Nurturing unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
• Working closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.

Required qualifications include:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in similar roles (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
• Involvement in college communities, clubs, and like-minded groups is a plus point.
• Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in fast-paced, evolving startups.
