Experienced Financial Controller Wanted

About this key role, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to drive financial discipline and compliance across the organization.
This pivotal role will oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management dashboards, and MIS reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Reporting
- Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Ind-AS and other applicable accounting standards.
- Controllership & Compliance
- Implement robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, ROC, etc.).
- Process Excellence & Governance
- Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting. A Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience is required. Additional qualifications include expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
