Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner/Controller to join our global team of changemakers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial processes, providing insightful and actionable financial reporting, and ensuring business risks and opportunities are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track transformation initiatives in line with the functional strategy.
  • Support the Functional Leadership team to improve process and achieve functional excellence.
  • Provide financial reporting to the functional leadership.
  • Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial processes, including month-end closing, quarterly forecast, and annual budget.
  • Work with accounting and other finance departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
