Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the installation, configuration and management of Siebel CRM infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system is running smoothly, efficiently and securely. This includes tasks such as user administration, security settings, access controls and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and manage Siebel servers and components.
  • Perform regular system health checks, log analysis and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage user and role administration, including security settings and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to support Siebel environment needs.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server and Siebel Server components.
  • Experience with performance tuning, log analysis and system monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siebel IP versions and Open UI.
  • Knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Siebel Administration Certification is a plus.
