Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead our ERP/CRM modernization efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, and AI integration to drive business value.

You will be responsible for developing secure, scalable REST APIs, integrating Azure AI services with ERP/CRM workflows, and implementing document upload, embedding pipelines, and semantic Q&A flows.

As a full stack developer, you will collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor microservices in Azure, suggest architecture patterns for modular AI integration into existing systems, and own the end-to-end development of one or more AI-powered use cases.

Our ideal candidate is a pragmatic full stack developer who can think like a product owner, translate use cases into fast features, and integrate AI without a full ML team backing them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years with .NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise backend patterns
  • Strong Blazor WASM (or Angular/React + Telerik + clear willingness to cross-train in Blazor)
  • Solid T-SQL skills and experience with ERP/CRM domain logic
  • Ownership of one complete AI-integrated project: RAG search, document automation, summarization, etc.
  • API-first mindset, secure coding, async programming
  • Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning
