**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to fill a key role in building the future of Artificial Intelligence.

This position involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with the latest AI models. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), Node.js or NestJS, and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building and Optimizing AI Models: Developing efficient, production-ready code for AI models
  • Evaluating Performance: Testing and ranking model outputs to ensure optimal performance
  • Fine-Tuning Models: Using datasets for SFT and RLHF to fine-tune AI models
  • Coding Best Practices: Maintaining clean documentation, performing code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality code
  • Innovative Strategies: Shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices. Docker experience is a must-have.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning) or a background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
