Job Title: Senior Data Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of data architects. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions for our clients.

Your expertise in distributed data systems, cloud computing, and big data analytics will enable you to drive business growth and improve decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data architecture strategies and roadmaps
  • Design and implement data pipelines and architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology
  • Extensive experience interacting with large-scale distributed data/computing solutions
  • A strong business understanding of how data technologies solve real-world business problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing project delivery and leading technical teams
  • Strong experience designing, architecting, and implementing software solutions in an enterprise Linux environment
  • Familiarity with Hadoop or related technologies, including deployment and administration
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and open-source ecosystem programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, Spark)
