Our company is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design, with experience in developing complex analog designs and leading cross-functional teams. You should also have a solid understanding of control loop architectures, noise isolation techniques, and ESD protection.

This is a technical leadership role, where you will be directly responsible for end-to-end IC design (from specifications to PRA). You will work closely with other team members to develop successful chips and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of power management ICs
