Custody Client Relations Manager

The Client Service Officer represents the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance with business products and associated services. They identify inconsistencies in data or results, define business issues, and formulate procedures or practices. Integrating established disciplinary knowledge within their specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices, they foster positive client relations, manage inquiries, and promptly direct clients' complaints to relevant departments. Additionally, they work on providing solutions within a stimulated and agreed timeframe, review client feedback, and engage in improving service relations by offering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver custody services to internal and external institutional clients for settlements
+ Support a range of products/services and projects in accordance with established systems and procedures under general supervision
+ Manage and execute client transactions, including business, credit, and investment products, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit and regulatory standards
+ Take ownership of client investigations and collaborate with operational and other teams to ensure effective resolution
+ Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects
Qualifications:
+ 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a client services role within the custody settlements area
+ Well-versed in transaction life cycles, with a good understanding of reconciliations, cash, and stock reconciliations
+ Familiarity with Swift notifications (MT54X's) and experience with DTC and FED markets
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
