Software Engineer Job Description

    You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers globally, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software for AAD platform across QNX, Adaptive Autosar, and Classic Autosar sub-systems.
  • Decompose complex user requirements into functional, system, and detailed software requirements and architecture.
  • Write work packages and technical documents based on user requirements, identifying risks and assumptions.
  • Work with HW samples to validate and deliver a working product.
  • Manage dependencies with multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Assist in generating targets and verification methods driven by Customer, Function Requirements, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
  • Mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Engage with global Chapters on software architecture and development best practices.
  • Agree on testing scope and quality roles with teams.
  • Integrate Open source components and manage licensing requirements.
  • Own system level configurations, auto-generate code from models, and automate testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and liaise with global teams.
  • Participate in organizational growth and business strategies.
