Software Development Engineer Position

This is a challenging opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop innovative solutions. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architecture specialists to improve future products.
  • Apply data-driven approaches to target optimization efforts.
  • Stay informed about software and hardware trends and innovations, particularly in UI and architecture.
  • Design and develop new groundbreaking technologies.
  • Debug existing issues and research alternative, more efficient ways to accomplish the same work.
  • Develop technical relationships with peers and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in developing extensions for VS Code or similar IDEs is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and WebView for building modern web-based user interfaces in desktop applications.
  • Strong experience working with Java-based backend systems and integration using gRPC for high-performance communication.
  • Hands-on experience with gRPC, including defining services, creating clients and servers, and troubleshooting communication issues.
  • Ability to write high-quality code with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Android operating system development.
  • Experience with software development processes and tools such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub) and profilers is a plus.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivating leader with good interpersonal skills.
