About This Role

We're looking for an accomplished technical leader to join our team as a seasoned architect and engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and detect potential risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions using the Spring Framework and REST Architecture.
  • Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through efficient code reviews.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture, developing high-level designs and architectural blueprints.
  • Proven experience establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
