Graphic Designer Role

As a creative problem solver, you will develop visual designs across digital and print media.

You will contribute to our growth and success in the industry by developing the skills of our sales team and collaborating with marketing teams.

The role involves designing impactful visuals for various platforms, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on design trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing engaging creatives for digital campaigns and print assets.
  • Leading assigned design projects from ideation to final output.
  • Revisiting and adapting designs based on feedback.
  • Preparing artwork files for production and digital use.
  • Coordinating with marketing and content teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience as a Graphic Designer with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Canva for rapid design adaptation and social-first graphics.
  • Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets.
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics/video tools.
  • Basic UX/UI skills.
  • Ability in photography and image retouching.
