Job Title: Visualizer

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our brand vision to life through impactful visual storytelling.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for translating briefs into compelling visual concepts and layouts that align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Create static and motion creatives for digital platforms, including social media, web, and ads, that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with our creative team, including copywriters and art directors, to develop campaign ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring our message is conveyed consistently throughout all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Provide quick turnarounds on urgent creative requirements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Your Background:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a creative or advertising agency as a Visualizer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital campaigns that demonstrate your expertise.
  • A good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Experience in motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
