Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative visual solutions that drive business results.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for various marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and social media campaigns.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product launches, packaging, and advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the company's branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality designs that meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver creative solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom) and Figma.
Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user-centered design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to lead and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
