Job Summary

This role supports clients and partners with Operations/Functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders. The employee ensures alignment of Quality initiatives to vertical/functional strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing LDT roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, and technology solutions like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.

Deliver planned Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects with cross-functional global leads, digital delivery team, and client leadership.

Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute large-scale transformation programs.
  • Develop and deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects to mitigate process issues and improve Operational efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete In-Scope CI Projects.
  • Engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes.

Bonus Challenges:

  • Solve complex business problems/opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain.
  • Drive operational excellence and automation.

Key Skills:

  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and led transformation across all sub-processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.

A strong understanding of F&A Domain – PTP, Client facing consulting experience is essential.
