You will partner with IT support for onboarding, offboarding and provisioning of access. You will report to a manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:
  • User Access Provisioning: Process requests from users across different departments and geographical locations, ensuring access privileges align with job roles and responsibilities.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Manage user accounts throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access rights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in access management workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of user access rights, access requests, and access control policies, and generate reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Incident Response: Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to respond to access-related security incidents, such as unauthorized access attempts or breaches, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Skills You Bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field is required.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with IAM solutions, identity governance, and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot access-related issues and incidents.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures.
