Key Responsibilities:

  2. User Access Provisioning: Process access requests from employees across different departments and geographical locations, ensuring that access privileges align with job roles and responsibilities.">
  3. User Lifecycle Management: Manage employee accounts throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access rights.">
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in access management workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.">
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee access rights, access requests, and access control policies, and generate reports for management and audit purposes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Level of formal education (if needed), license, certification, etc.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot access-related issues and incidents.">
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures.">
