Job Title: Senior AI/ML Strategic Business Leader

About the Role:

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving organizational understanding and strategic implementation of AI/ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance organizational awareness of AI/ML strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business processes and develop targeted AI/ML use cases for improved outcomes.
  • Partner with functional heads to identify and resolve business challenges through AI/Analytics solutions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical issues, applying AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to scale AI/ML at Max Life through various solutions.
  • Promote data-driven decision making and co-create business strategies through data storytelling and insights presentation.
  • Built and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead AI/Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring.
  • Foster a strong team culture emphasizing solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc. from top-tier institutes.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data storytelling abilities.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritization, and project execution governance.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, and other open-source tools.
  • Cloud environment deployment experience for AI/ML solutions.
  • ML/DL/Gen AI frameworks expertise.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI frameworks and services.
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles.

Measures of Success:

  • Ability to form partnerships with functional leaders and influence decision-making through data.
  • Operational efficiency improvements and business goal achievement in supported functions.
